Return Policy

We have a no return or exchange policy.  All sales are final.


Incorrect Merchandise

If the merchandise delivered to you is incorrect, please contact our Customer Service via e-mail immediately.  Please include your order number.  After the review of your request, we will 
e-mail you UPS return label to return incorrect merchandise.

1. You must submit a request within seven (7) days after receiving your package(s).
2. You may not return your merchandise without our approval. 

Upon receiving incorrect merchandise, we will ship the correct merchandise.

Defective and Damaged Merchandise 

If the merchandise delivered to you is defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Service via e-mail immediately.  Please include your order number and a picture of the damaged merchandise. After the review of your report, we will refund you the amount of defective or damaged merchandise to your credit card or Paypal account.

1. You must submit a request within seven (7) days after receiving your package(s).
2. You don’t need to return defective or damaged merchandises unless we request.
