We have no return or exchange policy. All sales are final.
If merchandise delivered to you are incorrect merchandise, please immediately contact our Customer Service via e-mail. Please include your order number. After the review of your request, we will provide RMA(Return Merchandise Authrization) number.
1. You must submit a request within seven (7) days after receiving of your package(s).
2.You may not return your merchandise without our approval for each RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) Number.
Upon approval of you request, we will ship the correct merchandise with UPS return shipment label. Please send incorrect merchandise within 7 days after receiving the correct merchandise. If we don’t receive your return shipment within 7 days, we will charge full amount of incorrect merchandise price on your credit card.
